Join us for special Halloween-themed Family Literacy Night on Tuesday, October 20 from 6–7:30 PM at the Lathan Wilder Community Center, put on in conjunction with the Stamford Public Education Foundation (SPEF).
Through JLSN’s Read 2 Succeed program, JLSN and SPEF partner to host Family Literacy Nights with ESL students and their families from Stamford’s South End who attend Springdale Elementary School. Family Literacy Nights engage kindergarten, first, second, and third grade students in literacy-based activities while parents learn ways to support their children’s education.
