There are two ways to make a donation of appreciated, publicly-traded securities: by physical delivery of the certificates or electronic transfer to the Junior League of Stamford-Norwalk’s account at Fairfield County Financial Services’, Infinex Investments, Inc. To donate securities, please contact us via email@example.com to obtain the appropriate forms and information for your broker.
Under the Pension Protection Act (PPA), individuals can contribute any amount up to $100,000 from their Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) to qualified charities, including the Junior League of Stamford-Norwalk, tax-free.
